A donation to 300 Trees is extremely effective:
- Your donation is tax-deductible. 300 Trees is a 501(c)(3) organization.
- Match your donation! Employers like Microsoft and Google often match donations to 501(c)(3) organizations. Check with your company to make your gift go even farther.
- We use volunteers instead of paid staff. Our compensation is a green legacy and the opportunity to serve our communities.
- By combining private donations and public grants, we increase the impact of each.
- We don’t share your data with anyone. We are proud of our simple privacy policy.
How much?
It currently costs us about $10 to plant a 3-4 foot tree. More than 95% of each donation is used to buy trees. By buying trees in bulk, we are reducing our costs over time, making your donation even more effective!
